Can I return or exchange an item?

Exchanges are only acceptable for damaged products. Please email info@thewiggurus.com with all your details regarding exchange.

My items were stolen, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

I picked the wrong shade, can I swap?

Do to hygiene reasons, we do not accept this.

I gave an incorrect address, will I be granted a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
